LandSys

Terms of Service

Effective from: 2026-09-15

LandSys is lead management software for businesses. This document is the agreement between LandSys and the organisation that subscribes to the service. Using the service means your organisation accepts the terms below.

1. Scope

These terms cover the whole of the LandSys service: the web interface, the connectors to third-party platforms (Facebook, Zalo, Telegram, TikTok, Google Forms) and every programming interface that comes with them.

The service is sold to organisations, not to individuals for personal use. Users must be at least 18 years old and authorised by their organisation to use it.

2. Accounts and organisations

Every account belongs to exactly one organisation and sees only that organisation data. The organisation manages its own users and their roles.

  • The organisation is responsible for activity carried out under its accounts, including activity by someone else after a password is exposed.
  • Do not share one account between several people: the audit log records actions per account, and a shared account makes it impossible to tell who did what.
  • When someone leaves, the organisation must disable that account. LandSys has no way of knowing on its own.

3. Lead data and the responsibility that comes with it

Data the organisation enters or collects through LandSys — lead details, conversation content, notes — belongs to the organisation. LandSys processes that data on the instructions of the organisation and does not use it for its own purposes.

Ownership carries responsibility. The organisation decides what to collect and why, so the organisation must ensure that it:

  • Has a lawful basis to collect and process the personal data of leads under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, including obtaining consent where the law requires it.
  • Informs leads that their data is being processed, and honours requests to access, correct, delete or withdraw consent.
  • Does not enter sensitive data that sales work does not need — health status, political opinions, biometric data and the like.
  • Messages only people who agreed to be contacted, within the policies of each platform. Unsolicited bulk messaging is the most common reason a Page or an Official Account gets suspended by the platform.

4. Third-party platform connections

When an organisation connects a channel (a Facebook Page, a Zalo Official Account, a Telegram bot, a TikTok ad account, a Google Form), it authorises LandSys to call that platform programming interface on its behalf, within exactly the scope granted.

  • Use of data obtained from each platform is also governed by the terms of that platform, in addition to this document.
  • Platforms may change, restrict or discontinue their programming interfaces at any time. When that happens, the matching feature may stop working, and this is outside the control of LandSys.
  • Access tokens issued by platforms expire. The organisation has to reconnect when the system flags a token as expiring; without reconnecting, the flow of data stops.
  • The organisation may disconnect at any time by deleting the channel under Settings, or by revoking the permission at the platform itself.

5. What you must not do

  • Use the service to send spam, to harass, to defraud, or to distribute content unlawful under Vietnamese law.
  • Collect personal data by concealing the purpose, or use data for a purpose other than the one disclosed to the data subject.
  • Sell, transfer or rent out lead data obtained through a platform to any third party.
  • Attempt to reach another organisation data, probe for vulnerabilities, or overload the system.
  • Reverse engineer, copy or resell the software without a written agreement.

6. Support access

When an organisation asks for technical support, LandSys staff may need to see the screen exactly as the organisation sees it. This happens through a mechanism called a support session, and it carries three constraints that are fixed in the software:

  • A support session is read only. For its whole duration, support staff cannot edit, delete, or send messages on behalf of the organisation.
  • A session reaches one organisation at a time, and every screen shows a banner saying a support session is in progress.
  • Entering and leaving are both written to the audit log with the person and the timestamp. The organisation may ask for an extract of that log.

7. Plans and limits

Each organisation is assigned a plan with limits on users, connected channels and stored leads. The system blocks at the limit rather than billing beyond the agreement.

Fees, billing cycles and the specific limits live in a separate contract or order form. Where that contract and this document differ, the contract prevails on that point.

8. Availability and maintenance

LandSys works to keep the service running continuously but does not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance; unplanned incidents are resolved as quickly as possible.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. LandSys does not warrant that it fits every particular purpose an organisation may have.

9. Suspension and termination

LandSys may suspend an account on finding a breach of section 5, on a lawful order from a competent authority, or where the usage harms other organisations. Except in an emergency, the organisation is notified first.

An organisation may stop using the service at any time. After termination it has 30 days to request an export of its data. After that period the data is deleted following the process described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the liability of LandSys for all claims arising from use of the service does not exceed the total fees paid by the organisation in the 12 months preceding the claim.

LandSys is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or lost business opportunity. This limit does not apply to damage caused by wilful misconduct of LandSys, and does not exclude liability that the law does not permit to be excluded.

11. Intellectual property

The software, the interface, the documentation and the LandSys brand belong to LandSys. The organisation receives a right to use them while the contract is in force, with no transfer of ownership.

Conversely, data the organisation puts in remains the property of the organisation. LandSys claims no ownership over it.

12. Changes to these terms

Where a change materially affects the rights or obligations of an organisation, LandSys gives at least 30 days notice by email or in-app notice. Continuing to use the service after the effective date counts as acceptance of the new version.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. The parties will first attempt to negotiate; if that does not resolve the matter within 30 days, the dispute goes to a competent court in Vietnam.
